Koi Fitness is based on 6-week sessions that include one-hour workouts, four times a week. Each workout is unique, but is generally comprised of warm-ups, pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups, squats, lunges, intermittent running, resistance training, speed and agility exercises, and more. By the end of each session, Koi Fitness members see dramatic improvements in key areas such as flexibility, cardio, core strength, power, endurance, balance, speed, and agility.

    Our program features:

  • Fitness assessments at the beginning and conclusion of each six-week session to identify your baseline fitness levels and track your fitness progress throughout our program.
  • Certified and experienced instructors that work with small training groups to properly instruct and supervise each exercise.
